These terms govern your use of Field Guide to America and the related NthTrip sites and apps, operated by NthTrip LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
- You must be at least 13 years old. Some events or venues may require you to be 21 or older.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not misuse the service: no scraping, spam, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to break or overload our systems.
Recommendations and AI guides
Recommendations and AI-generated answers are suggestions, not guarantees. Hours, menus, prices and availability change; confirm details with the venue. Dietary filtering helps you find suitable places, but it is not a substitute for confirming allergen and ingredient information directly with the restaurant.
Bookings with partners
When you book a table, ticket or ride, you are dealing with that partner under its terms. NthTrip may earn a commission from the partner. We are not responsible for a partner's services, cancellations or charges.
Your content
You keep ownership of messages and content you post. You give us permission to store and display it to the people you share it with, so the service can work. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Our content
The Field Guide to America name, design, guides and software belong to NthTrip LLC or its licensors. Do not copy or resell them without permission.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Sonoma County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
